The 808 has had reunions nearly every year since WWII ended. At many of the reunions the city, county, state or country has recognized the 808s efforts during The War.

Here are some of the items awarded to the 808 by various presidents, mayors, cities, etc.

We have also included in this section a number of newspaper articles written about the 808 tank destroyer battalion or one of its soldiers.
